DESCRIPTION:Gallery Hours: 1PM–6PM (Wed–Sat)\nReception: Friday\, May 6\, 5–8PM \nJoin us for a gallery exhibition of MFA Interactive Arts thesis projects and BFA Interactive Arts senior projects. Artworks range from digital prints to interactive installations\, objects\, and screen-based work. Works include mixed media sculpture\, XR\, and real-time immersive virtual environments. \nDEPARTMENT HISTORY \nPratt digital arts prepares and develops innovative artists through rigorous immersion in a diverse culture of excellence. Students pursue self-directed\, multidisciplinary projects in a state-of-the-art facility guided by a faculty of accomplished working artists. Our concentrations in Interactive Arts\, and Animation and Motion Arts\, emphasize experimentation and professionalism. Animation students create evocative narrative and non-narrative films using 2-D and 3-D digital animation techniques\, live action\, and motion graphics.
